Hippies created their own communities, listened to psychedelic rock, embraced the sexual revolution and many used drugs such as Marijuana, LSD and mushrooms to explore an altered state ot consciousness. Something that cannot be ignored was the Vietnam War that mainly took place in the 1960s. The film also gave off wide leg pants giving a more professional look; that carried on into the 1970s, compared to the very messy hippie look. Music was being influenced by so many new trends that had never happened before, the new ways of politics, economics and carefree lifestyle.. Toward the end of the sixties the iconic music festival called The Peace and Music Festival of Woodstock. More than two million people tried to get in, with borders and state lines closed due to the amount of people. The festival headlined different bands from across the world and was a place to demonstrate peace. 1.Introduction Precisely define the concept of â€Å"ethics† is quite difficult. In a general sense ethics – a set of moral principles and values that govern the behavior of a person or group of people and determining the positive and negative assessments of their thoughts and actions. Ethics associated with inner values, and they in its turn are part of the corporate culture and influence on decision making, determine their social validity within the environment. Ethical problem arises when the actions of an individual or organization may harm or conversely benefit others. Since ethics are unwritten rules, the issue of assessing an action often has irreconcilable differences. The so-called ethical dilemma arises in a situation where all the alternative solutions or courses of action because of its potentially negative moral consequences are undesirable, it is difficult to distinguish good from bad, right from wrong. Person who assumes responsibility for the organization of emerging ethical issues, often referred to as an agent of morality. This assignment examines the various approaches to the ethical issues, the study of which allows management to develop criteria for their analysis and solutions. 2.1 The Four approaches to make ethical decision Most ethical dilemmas is a conflict between the whole thing and its parts: the organization and the individual, the community and the organization. For example, should the company be subject to mandatory testing of their employees in the use of drugs and alcohol, which can benefit from it, but it restricts the freedom of action of individuals? Is it right to export goods that do not meet national quality standards in other countries with less stringent requirements? Sometimes ethically complex solutions involve a conflict between the two groups. For example, what is more important: the pollution caused by wastewater businesses or jobs that it creates, as the largest employer? Faced with the problems of an ethical choice, managers tend to be based on a normative point of view, that are certain norms and values, in accordance with which decisions are made. In normative ethics identify several approaches to the description of the system of values and hence the adoption of ethically diff icult decisions, which can be used in the practice of management: THE UTILITARIAN APPROACH, THE RIGHTS APPROACH, THE FAIRNESS OR JUSTICE APPROACHES AND THE VIRTUE APPROACH. 2.2 The Utilitarian Approach Basic principles developed in the XIX century by philosophers Jeremy Bentham and John Stuart Mill’s utilitarian approach states that appropriate behavior morality brings the greatest benefit to the greatest number of people. An individual decision-maker should review the impact of each option on all of its stakeholders, and to lay the one that brings satisfaction to the greatest number of people. In essence, it is about finding the best solution. As the complete calculations can be quite complex, allowed simplified conditions. The rights approach takes into account human rights such as the right to life and personal security, privacy, freedom of conscience, freedom of speech and private property. 2.5 The Fairness or Justice Approaches The conception of justice claims that ethically correct decision should be based on principles of equality, fairness and impartiality. In terms of management, there are three types of justice. Distributive justice requires that the ratio of managers to subordinates based on objective criteria. Thus, if the decision relates to such individuals to each other, it should equally apply to that and the other. Therefore, if a man and a woman do the same work assignment, they get about equal pay. However, if between the employees there are significant differences (for example in terms of skills or responsibilities), the ratio of management to them varies according to the skill level or display a sense of responsibility. But the attitude of the manager to subordinates must be clearly linked to the goals and objectives of organizations, not from other sources. Procedural fairness requires fair administration of subordinates. The rules should be clear, concise, and unbiased constantly enforced. Compensatory justice requires responsible party to compensate the damage caused to people. Moreover, people should not be held responsible for events that are beyond their control. The concept of fairness is closest to the legislation, as it is based on rules and regulations. This theory does not require complex calculations, as in the utilitarian approach, and does not serve its personal interests, which is possible in a virtue approach. It requires managers to determine for itself the characteristics of attributes, according to which evaluate the actions of workers. The conception of justice supports attempt to correct mistakes of the past, as well as fair play within the rules. This is known as the Flesch reading ease score. Using transition words helps your readers by dividing one point from another. This makes your content easier to digest. For example: â€Å"The article was 5,000 words long, so the writer divided it into a series of posts.† Use enough subheadings  to make scanning your article easier. How To Test Your CTAs for Copy, Design, and Placement Optimization Only make one change at a time. Continue this process until you start seeing a decline in leads generated. If you don’t see improvement with a change, revert back to the last setting and make a different change. Use your available analytics to see if the change produced more leads, the same, or less. Testing is never over. Your readership changes over time, so your CTAs should adapt as a result. The best way to stay in tune with what works for your readers is to experiment regularly with your CTA copy, design, and placement. When John Doe uses this equation he often calculates work output as comforts of society. Society also uses this equation to define John Doe to see how valuable he is. Societies work input is simply money. In exchange for money society gains more money and lives. If John Doe lives till he is ninety most people would agree that he lived a long life. To really fathom how long John truly LIVED for we must break his life components down into days. An average John sleeps for eight hours a day, which means that john sleeps 1/3 of his life away. This means John is only alive and breathing for a mere sixty years. An average John works for another eight hours. This means that John really does not truly live for 2/3 of his life. During this 2/3 life time John has a couple of kids for which he sacrifices more of his life. So in conclusion John only live for less than 1/3 of his life.
